BacTrace antibodies are prepared by a proprietary method which is defnied to yield antibodies that are highly specific for the target antigens. They recognize both cell surface and intracellular antigens of bacterial cells and can detect nanogram amounts of bacterial antigens. They are
available unlabelled and labeled with alkaline phosphatase, horseradish peroxidase or fluorescein. BacTrace antibodies are produced in goats.
