Maintains cell suspension cultures on any incubating shaker while also allowing full control of CO 2 and O 2 exchange rate using selectable perforations on the cap. Internal CO 2 is shown to be adequately maintained in the cultures for days even in non-CO2 incubation conditions. The disposable 50ml Tubes are centrifugable to 5000Xg and feature easy to write on labels and one-hand removable caps to allow for easy, rapid sampling from many units.
