Puffer-Hubbard IGL and IEN Series freezers for -20°C storage of enzymes and other biomaterials, feature manual defrost and gravity air convection to provide a stable cold air mass without the slight coil warming typically associated with auto defrost freezers. The 23.3 cu.ft. (659 liter) cabinets are constructed with high density CFC-free insulation to protect against ambient temperature changes. Spring-loaded, solid doors with high efficiency door gaskets miminize frost build-up. Keyed door locks improve inventory security. Interior and exterior surfaces are finished with a high-impact powder coat paint. All models are designed to meet UL and CUL criteria for safety and performance.
