Cat. No. LCR-1400LXP
Programming and Operations:
The 1400 LXP freestanding washer dryer has 40 flexible programs controlled by the microprocessor. Individually selected programs are available and stored in the microprocessor memory. The system control panel has a 2 line, backlit LCD with up to 16 character program naming capability to interface with the washer.
The 1400 LXP has LANCER’s exclusive heated forced air-drying system with HEPA filtration. The drying cycle is user programmable in 1°C increments after the final rinse cycle. The (2) 1.8 kW heating elements and blower provide drying up to 110°C via spindles as well as in the chamber for quick drying. The integrated drying system eliminates the need for an independent drying system and also eliminates double handling of the glassware.
Self-diagnostic monitoring of all functions with audible and visual fault alarms provide quality control to each wash cycle. Two independent sensors control chamber water level and prevent water overflow. The washer has an electronic thermostat for independent selection by the user of temperature for pre-wash, wash and final rinse cycles between ambient and 95°C.
Water Consumption: 5.2 to 6. Gallons approximately per fill.
Heat Loss: 4,760 Btu/hr (1/395 W) maximum.
Sound Level: 65 dB.
Construction:
The door and chamber of the 1400 LXP freestanding washer dryer is constructed of sanitary high-grade finish AISI 316L stainless steel. The interior of the 1400 LXP chamber is electronically welded under Argon protection. All components that come in contact with wash and rinse solutions are of stainless steel or other materials impervious to the effects of detergents, additives and general laboratory chemical residues.
The 1400 LXP freestanding washer has a loading height of 26.5 inches for the front-loading door that is counterbalanced for ease of operation and loading of glassware baskets and accessories. A door lock prevents interference with the washer during the wash cycle. The 1400 LXP is double wall constructed, fully insulated and does not include a window on the door, minimizing heat loss and eliminating noise.
Another important feature of the 1400 LXP freestanding washer is the Filter System in the wash chamber. This system protects the washer, including the upper and lower rotating spray arms, during water recirculation and also protects the drain pump from debris. Additionally all incoming water lines contain filters.
