Diamond^® Tips

Gilson Diamond^® Tips are recommended for use with all models of Pipetman^® pipettes. They are made of pure translucent polypropylene—no additives or dyes. Diamond Tips are available in a variety of packaging options and come in variety of styles and volume ranges.

Diamond Tips come with a certificate of quality, batch number for traceability, and certificate of sterilization to help you meet GLP requirements. Analysis of trace metal is available upon request. Diamond Tips are designed, developed, and manufactured according to rigorous ISO 9001 certification procedures
Diamond Tips are molded to perfectly fit Gilson pipettes. There is no need to force Diamond Tips onto the pipette shaft. Light pressure followed by a simple rotation is sufficient to assure a perfect fit and low-resistance tip ejection

Please Note: The PIPETMAN® microvolume pipettes (P2, P10, P2N, P10N, and P10M) are equipped with dual position tip-ejectors for long (DL10) and regular-sized tips (D10). This feature is a plus for pipette protection and precision when using microtubes. Long and standard length tips are available in Tipacks, Tower Packs, and Bulk packaging, and can be purchased as autoclavable, sterilized or filter tips.

EcoPack™

The economical way to order tips. Each box contains 10,000 tips (10 bags of 1000 tips). Also available in easy-to-open, re-sealable Bulk Packs of 200 tips per pack. Bulk Packs are sealed with a tamper-proof strip which can easily be opened for quick access to Gilson’s Diamond Tips. Bulk Packs are closed using the rapid-sealing strip to prevent contamination and loss of tips.

EasyPack™

The easy way to order tips. Each box contains 1000 tips (5 bags of 200 tips or 1 bag of 1000 tips)—except for D10mL, which contains 200 tips (4 bags of 50 tips). Diamond^® Filter Tips

Diamond^® Filter Tips play a critical role in preventing aerosol-borne contamination. Certified free of detectable RNase, DNase, DNA, RNA, and protease. High density polyethylene filter stops particles down to 1µm, providing an effective barrier against aerosols.

Tipack (Autoclavable)

Ready to use: when presented in convenient, steady, Tipack racks, Diamond Tips are easy to pick up directly from the rack. To help prevent contamination, the 96 tips are loaded without manual intervention. Tipack racks are sealed with a security sticker. Fully autoclavable, Tipacks are robust and are designed to resist being autoclaved several times.

Sterilized TowerPack™ Refill System

Like all Gilson disposable pipette tips, TowerPacks are available in a sterilized version. Each Sterilized TowerPack™ is individually wrapped in medical device-quality plastic to help protect tips from contamination. Sterilization is guaranteed by the red sticker, which indicates that the tips have been exposed to gamma radation.

SterilPack™ Diamond® Tips are wrapped in medical device quality plastic, which provides a complete shield against contaminants. They are individually wrapped for complete protection up to the moment of use. Sterilized Diamond Tips are irradiated by gamma rays for more efficient sterilization and are delivered with a certificate of sterilization specifying the date of irradiation. Manufactured by a fully automatic process in a controlled environment, Diamond tips are never touched by human hands. Sterilized Diamond Tips are certified free of detectable Rnase, Dnase, DNA, RNA and protease.
