Agarose 3:1 HRB (High Resolution Blend) is a unique mixture of agarose formulated to provide high resolution of small nucleic acids and PCR products. It is specially designed for analysis of DNA fragments less than 1,000bp. Agarose 3:1 HRB displays precise banding patterns without
smearing or high background fluorescence. The high gel strength allows for easy-to-handle gels that are optimal for blotting applications.
1.8% Agarose 3:1 HRB gel, prepared in 1X TBE buffer.
