Model 745 Nitrite/Nitrate Reducer
Model 745 photo

Our 745 Nitrate/Nitrite Reducer utilizes vanadium (III) to rapidly reduce nitrite and nitrate to nitric oxide (NO). The resulting NO can then be detected and quantitated using ANTEK's Model 7050 Nitric Oxide Analyzer or 9000 Series Nitrogen/Sulfur Analyzers.

Cat. No. AK-99503-115V/230V

Features:

  • Complete, rapid conversion
  • Wide dynamic range
  • Unaffected by dilution
  • Handles aqueous or hydrocarbon samples
  • Well suited for large samples
  • Built-in programmable heating block
  • Durable glassware

Covering a wide dynamic range and unaffected by dilution, the 745 is well suited for large sample sizes and easily handles aqueous or hydrocarbon samples. Durable glassware adds to its simplicity and ease of operation.

Applications:

The 745 is effectively incorporated into analysis of biological fluids, chemical solutions, tissue bath solutions, wastewater, cell media, petrochemicals, tissue homogenates, and more.
