On-line Water Quality Analyzer
TOC is used in a variety of applications from management of waste water treatment plant influent and effluent, to drinking water supply management and monitoring of impurities in process
and natural waters. And the range of applications in which this type of on-line technology is used is expected to continue expanding.
In addition, because nitrogen is considered to be one of the factors which contributes to the over-proliferation of organisms in enclosed bodies of water, management of these public
water sources and of treatment plant influent and effluent also includes demand for monitoring of nitrogen levels.
Features of TOC-N 4110 Series
-
Automatic dilution expands the analysis range and allows the reduction in salt, acid and alkali concentrations to help reduce maintenance and extend catalyst life
-
A complete line of options designated to accommodate samples with suspended particles, slime or seaweed reduces the occurrence of trouble and remedial maintenance in on-line TOC
measurement.
-
Optional multi-stream selectors allow analysis of 2 streams, or up to 6 different streams, of varying carbon concentrations.
-
Measurement condition and measurement interval of each sample stream individual programmable
-
User defined calibration check or re-calibration. Automatic calibration is incorporated using standard solutions stored on-board.
-
On-board carrier/combustion gas purification allows use of air supplied from a compressor, thus eliminating expensive and potentially dangerous cylinder gases.
Applications
-
Process management for waste stream influent and effluent at treatment facilities.
-
Operation management of all types of plant waters (i.e.: cooling water, recirculating water, boiler water, wash/rinse water, condenser water)
-
Continuous monitoring of drinking/ process water, and natural water (rivers, lakes, etc.)
-
Continuous monitoring or organic contamination in water streams that must be reported to regulatory agencies.
|
Backwash Strainer Sample Pretreatment Unit
-
Simple and effective sampling unit for one, homogenous and low contaminated sample stream
-
Sample passes through the strainer into a sampler to supply to the analyzer
-
After sampling, air pushes the sample out of the sampler to prevent adhesion of contaminants and acts to back wash the strainer to prevent the strainer from clogging

Multi-Stream Suspended Solids Pretreatment Unit
-
Sampling works similar as above described
-
Up to 6 sample stream switching is possible
-
Different types of measurement and different full scale ranges can be set for each sample stream
-
A wide range of sample concentrations may be measured on the multiple streams because of the unique rinsing system
|
-
The TOCN-4110 is a compact, unique water quality analyzer allowing both TOC analysis by combustion oxidation/ infra-red detection and TN analysis by the combustion/chemiluminescence
detection method in a single unit
-
The TOC measurement range is from 0-5ppm full scale to 0-1000ppm full scale with the dilution function up to 20000ppm
-
The TN measurement range is from 0-5ppm full scale to 0-200ppm full scale with the dilution function up to 4000ppm
