Our continued focus on automation led us to the development of an automated solution for Karl Fischer Analysis. The unique Man-tech PC-AutoMoisture is the first automated Karl Fischer system designed around the Direct Injection Method offering Automated Sample Dissolution. This means that a sample in its native state, and in many cases in its original sample container or vial may be placed directly on the autosampler rack for analysis. This eliminates any possible contamination problems from operator handling.

By using the AutoMix, samples are automatically mixed and dissolved prior to analysis. The autosampler capacity greatly depends upon the type of vials used. A typical rack configuration holds 36 samples when using the AutoMix.

And above all, the PC-AutoMoisture™ software is fully designed to enable 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
