 The Manual GPC System is ideal for laboratories analyzing fewer samples (less than 10 samples per week) and a limited budget. The system uses an isocratic pump with a built-in, easy-to-use keypad controller for simple set-up and control of the system for time-based fraction collection. The pumps screen displays both pressure and flow rate, standard pump pressure rating to 4000 psi, and pump flow rates from 10 μL/min to 10 mL/min.
Compatible with all varieties of GPC Clean-up columns, the manual GPC system includes a manual injection valve equipped with a 5 mL sample loop as a standard feature, with other sizes available. The VALVEMATE® II collection valve allows for the manual collection of multiple fractions from the same sample extract into a limitless variety of vessel sizes. An optional UV Detector (254 nm or 280 nm) and Chart Recorder are available for US EPA applications.
