AMRESCO® offers three new affinity column chromatography buffers to optimize the purification and recovery of recombinant proteins. The Phosphate Chromatography Buffer is an affinity column binding buffer used in metal chelate chromatography. Two types of elution buffers are available, designed specifically for use with His-Tag fusion proteins and monoclonal antibodies. The Imidazole Chromatography Buffer is an elution buffer for nickel affinity column chromatography used to isolate His-Tag fusion proteins. The Glycine Chromatography Buffer is an elution buffer for Protein A and Protein G affinity columns, used for isolating monoclonal antibodies.
