 Alltech Associates, Inc, innovators in evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD) technology for more than 20 years, introduces a new, state-of-the-art ELSD detector for HPLC analysis: the Alltech® Model 3300 ELSD.The Alltech® Model 3300 ELSD is effective for analyzing samples that are difficult or impossible to detect using traditional HPLC methods such as refractive index (RI) and UV. Its near universal detection method can be used to analyze a wide variety of applications including lipids, carbohydrates, polymers, underivitized fatty and amino acids, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals. The Model 3300 ELSD is also a good complement to UV or MS detection since its high sensitivity and near universal detection provide a closer representation of sample mass.
