Column Ovens for Shimadzu VP Series HPLC System

Thermal isolation of the column and other system peripherals is critical for accurate, precise and validated HPLC analyses. The Shimadzu CTO-10Avp, CT0-10ACvp and CTO-10ASvp full-featured column ovens provide precise temperature control for stable analytical results.

• Precision temperature control at sub-ambient temperature
  (CTO-10ACvp and CTO-10ASvp)
  The Peltier cooler quickly cools the oven to sub-ambient temperatures. You can perform analysis at a stable temperature no matter how unstable the surrounding environment of your lab. Delicate separations, once difficult to perform at sub-ambient temperatures, are now easily handled.
• Large capacity oven compartment
  (CTO-10Avp and CTO-10ACvp)
  In addition to the column, the CTO-10Avp and CTO-10ACvp can accomodate manual injectors, gradient mixer, reaction coils, flow-channel selection valves, conductivity detector cell block or electrochemical detector cell block. When these components are maintained at constant temperature, greater accuracy and repeatability are achieved.
• GLP/GMP compliance
  Built-in validation support functions help you comply with GLP/GMP regulations. A record of each module's operation is preserved and can be reviewed on-screen or printed.
• Safety-conscious design
  A feedback mechanism prevents abnormal temperature increase. A solvent leak sensor and leakproof liquid containment construction are additional safety features.
