The GeneRuler® Biotinylated DNA Ladder is a convenient prelabeled molecular weight marker ideal for use on Southern blots. The ladder contains a mixture of labeled and unlabeled DNA which migrate uniformly and will not interfere or cross hybridize with the target. 21 distinct bands are visible from 100 bp-10 kb.
 
The marker is supplied in 10mM Tris-HCl/1.0mM EDTA.
Sufficient material is supplied to produce 20-50 marker lanes.

Recommended Storage Conditions
Reagent is stable for 1 year when stored at -20°C.

GeneRuler® yields 21 discrete fragments from
100bp to 10kb. The bright bands at 3000bp,
1031bp and 500bp serve as references.
