The TBE (or TAE) is already mixed in with the agarose at a 1X concentration. This unique product is not only easy to use, but also provides excellent clarity and low background for optimal electrophoresis results.

2.0% gels prepared using standard AMRESCO Agarose I, Agarose I/ TBE blend and a competitor Agarose. PCR DNA molecular weight markers were electrophoresed in 4 lanes of each gel and stained with SYBR Green I. Left hand lanes, AMRESCO standard Agarose I, middle lanes, AMRESCO Agarose
I/TBE blend, right hand lanes, competitor Agarose gel.
