The Detector™ HRP Chemiluminescent Blotting Kit provides a highly sensitive, economical alternative for non-radioactive detection of biotinylated DNA probes. Using horseradish peroxidase-labeled streptavidin and LumiGLO Chemiluminescent Substrate, the rapid detection procedure produces results in about 1.5 hours. Applications include Southern blotting, bacterial colony hybridizations, plaque hybridizations and dot blotting.
