ReView™ Buffer is a stripping and re-probing solution formulated to serve as an effective means to remove secondary antibody from a western blot. The Western blot can then be reused and probed with an antibody to another antigen of interest. ReView™ is simple to use. Simply add beta-mercaptoethanol to a concentration of 100 mM. Incubate the Western blot in the solution at 70°C for 30 minutes. Rinse the blot three times for five minutes with TBS, block with standard blocking agents and re-probe. Results are clear, with low background.
