RITE-Gels™ with TG-SDS (Tris-Glycine Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) are convenient polyacrylamide pre-cast gels that provide ultra high resolution analysis of proteins. They also offer consistent results and sharp banding. RITE-Gels™ are manufactured as pre-poured glass cassettes with a 1 mm gel thickness and an overall dimension of 10 x 10 cm to fit most vertical electrophoresis systems. The gels have twelve lanes on the gel cassettes, allowing for easy sample loading of up to 25 µl per lane.
