TMB Peroxidase Substrate
TMB (3, 3’, 5, 5’ - Tetramethylbenzidine) develops a deep blue colour at the reaction site in the presence of peroxidase-labelled conjugates. Recommended for membrane assays and dot blots. Choose between the 3-component and the convenient 1-component format which requires no reagent preparation.
