KPL’s TMB Peroxidase Substrates provide high sensitivity for detection of peroxidase-labeled conjugates in a microwell format. The substrate rapidly develops a deep blue color that is measurable at 650nm. Upon acidification the color turns yellow with a two-to-three fold increase in signal that is read at 450nm. TMB Microwell Substrate is non-carcinogenic and sage to use. To prepare, simply mix the two liquid components prior to use.
