pNPP Phosphatase Substrate contains para-nitrophenylphosphate supplied at optimal concentration for ELISA. In the presence of phosphatase, pNPP develops a yellow color measurable at 405-415nm. The reaction is stopped with 5% EDTA. Both kinetic and endpoint determinations can be performed using pNPP. It is available as a 2-component system containing tablets and buffer, or as tablets alone.
