HistoMark TrueBlue™ provides the most sensitive means available to detect peroxidase-labeled conjugates in IHC applications. Based on the reaction of TMB (tetramethylbenzidine), TrueBlue substrate permits detection limits up to 100 times greater than DAB and is free of know carcinogens. TrueBlue forms a blue chromogenic product, providing excellent contrast with DAB and other substrates when used in sequential localization of antigens. Because of its high sensitivity, TrueBlue is recommended for use in detecting the lease abundant protein. TrueBlue is alcohol and xylene-insolube.
