The HistoChoice® Visualization System is designed to maximize the visibility of your tissue
samples. Specimens fixed in HistoChoice® Visualization System will be tinted green, increasing
visibility and allowing even the smallest samples to be easily located. This specialized colorization
system will not carry-over to routine or special staining procedures. Tissues fixed in HistoChoice®
Visualization System exhibit vibrant staining and will retain a crisp appearance even after longterm
fixation. Fixed tissue also retains a much more natural look and feel than formalin fixed
tissue. Softer tissues mean easier, smoother cutting and sectioning.
AMRESCO’s HistoChoice® Visualization System is a safe, non-toxic tissue fixative solution. It
acts as an effective marker in every step of the process. HistoChoice® Visualization System
tissue fixative contains none of the harmful chemicals associated with formalin-based products
(Formaldehyde, Mercury or Glutaraldehyde) and is gentle on tissues and the environment.
Reagent mix-ups will no longer occur since HistoChoice® Visualization System can be easily
distinguished from alcohol, saline and other colorless liquids.
