 Complete Anti-Mouse and Anti-Rabbit Detection Kits

- Designed for Use with Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) or Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)
AMRESCO® offers four Western MAX™ Kits that provide rapid and sensitive chromogenic detection of either rabbit or mouse primary antibodies complexed with antigen immobilized on PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes. The HRP Kit utilizes horseradish peroxidase conjugated goat anti-IgG antibody and DAB substrate to produce a brown precipitate. The AP Kit has alkaline phosphatase conjugated goat anti-IgG antibody and includes BCIP/NBT for dark bluegray color development.
