Service Agreements

Pipette Service Agreements are designed to discount an institution based on the total number of pipettes serviced by Mandel annually at our facility or on-site.

A Pipette Service Agreement with Mandel is not locked-in or pre-purchased.
If the total number of pipettes serviced is increased at your institute annually, then we will increase your discount automatically. Payment is only requested at each time of service.

For Universities, agreements can include all of our service options or we can customize an agreement to suit a tender.

Any request is possible:

• 1 volume point to 4
• 1 sample to 30
• Any brand of pipette, any size, single- or multi-channel
• Serological pipettors
• NIST traceability
• ISO 17025 traceability*
• Technician training certificates
