Our instrumentation specialists are all factory-trained and authorized. They install, test and calibrate your equipment according to the specifications set out by the manufacturer to ensure that it operates at peak performance, with your applications in mind.
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) services provide assurance that all instrumentation is delivered and installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. For the IQ service, all documentation is provided in a checklist format. The OQ service provides documentation covering analysis results and
includes a full functionality test using NIST traceable materials to ensure that the accuracy, precision and operation of the entire system is according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
The goal is to provide our clients with practical performance testing of their instrument at an affordable price, using NIST calibrated test equipment. Upon successful completion of the test, a certificate of instrument performance is issued stating that your instrument meets or exceeds the acceptance criteria detailed in each test protocol.
We recommend that a Calibration Certification be performed on SORVALL® centrifuges and Heraeus incubators once a year to validate the integrity of the instrument. This ensures reliable operation and optimal performance.
Calibration Certification Includes:
• The successful completion of the calibration of your instrument according to the
manufacturer’s Preventive Maintenance Protocol, and certification thereof.
• Servicing done by a representative trained and authorized by the manufacturer.
• No charge re-certification for parts replaced or adjusted by a Mandel service
representative.
• A discount on multiple centrifuges and incubators requiring certification at the
same location.
