GOLD Single Channel Calibration Service	The GOLD option is for all major brands being maintained on a regular basis. It includes cleaning and calibration adjustments to within manufacturer’s specification. Parts extra.
GOLD PLUS Single Channel Calibration Service	The GOLD PLUS is an all inclusive option for all major brands not receiving routine preventative care. It includes cleaning, any parts damaged or corroded will be replaced free of charge and calibration adjustments to within manufacturer’s specification.
GOLD MULTI-CHANNEL and ELECTRONIC Calibration Service	The GOLD MC/E option includes cleaning and preventative maintenance of all channels and/or electronic components and calibration adjustments to within manufacturer’s specification, where applicable. Parts extra.
PLATINUM Single Channel Certification Service	The PLATINUM option is for pipettes being maintained on a regular basis, requiring traceability to NIST standards. It includes cleaning and calibration adjustments to within manufacturer’s specification, with a certificate of 5 samples at the low and high volumes. Parts extra.
PLATINUM PLUS Single Channel Certification Service	PLATINUM PLUS is an all inclusive option for pipettes not receiving routine preventative care but still requiring traceability to NIST standards. It includes cleaning, any parts damaged or corroded will be replaced free of charge, calibration adjustments to within manufacturer’s specification and a certificate of 5 samples at the low and high volumes.
PLATINUM MULTI-CHANNEL and ELECTRONIC Certification Service	The PLATINUM MC/E option includes cleaning and preventative maintenance of all channels and/or electronic components, calibration adjustments to within manufacturer’s specification and a certificate of 4 samples at the low and high volumes on each outside channel. All channels will be verified at the low and high volumes. Parts extra.
Note: Based on various compliancies, mandel can provide an "as found" report prior to service/certification upon request.

Customized Service Agreements are designed for institutes with an excess of 100 or more Gilson Pipettes.

Upon request, a copy of the updated NIST traceable information can be provided for pipettes that are certified under the Platinum and Platinum Plus agreements.
