- As-Found Reports can be requested with the Platinum Option for an additional $, 2 volumes, 4 samples. Extra samples or volumes are also available.
- Multichannel services are offered at both the Gold and Platinum levels. Certificates are provided at 2 volumes, 4 samples of each of the outside channels. Additional channels can be provided for an additional cost. Parts are extra if required.
- Serological Pipettors are our latest specialty, with our qualified technicians repairing most brands for $, parts are extra if required.
*Mandel’s Pipette Calibration facility is a state-of-the-art Laboratory, with strict environmental control, marble tables, restricted/locked double door and air-lock we never worry about drafts or evaporation.
The environment is always compliant to ISO 8655:
• Temperature 21.5 +/- 1.5°C
• Humidity 50-75%
• Barometric Pressure monitored twice daily
We have 3 6-place balances certified to ISO17025 and a 5-place balance certified to NIST standards.
These balances are calibrated internally every day and validated with traceable weights every month.
